I have to admit I am a worrier. There are so many things in life that keep us awake at night. We worry about work, our families, money, our health and weight and about where we are going to go next. How on earth can we possibly get a decent night’s sleep when all of this is swirling around in our heads?
We all need to take a leap of faith, but some of us also need a push!
I promised myself that I would make a change to my habits and I jumped out of bed this morning and tried the couch to 5K app on my phone. I don’t know whether its the amazing weather or my new attitude to getting back in shape or a combination of both but I feet great!
