I have to admit I am a worrier. There are so many things in life that keep us awake at night. We worry about work, our families, money, our health and weight and about where we are going to go next. How on earth can we possibly get a decent night’s sleep when all of this is swirling around in our heads?
Focus and take back control!
Why do we have the best intentions but sometimes don’t follow through? We know what it is that we are unhappy about, but days, weeks and months pass, and we wonder when things will change.
Inspiration for me comes in many forms and from many places. It could be a person, an event or even a display of the extraordinary power of the human spirit.
What do you Want?
This is a really tough question, and one that can’t be answered with simplicity. When I realised that I had to make a change, I had to sit and think about what it was that I really wanted?
